  • What is your return policy?
    Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help! All purchases may be returned within 15 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with. Please see below for exceptions & rules: Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria: Jewelry, and all other items under “Accessories” Any items marked as a sale item Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.
  • What do I do after an item has been worn?
    Due to the fact that we can’t verify how the item was damaged all items are final sale once they are washed or worn.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We do not offer refunds at this time. All returns are in store credit only.
  • What are TUTUH's store hours?
    Store hours are Sunday and Monday by appointment only. Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm.
  • What forms of payment can I use to purchase online?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and TUTUH gift cards. We also offer Affirm and After Pay

  • Why was my payment declined?
    For your security, your billing name and address must match the billing information your credit card company has on file. Please contact your credit card company if you received a declined message.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax is calculated based on your purchase address in accordance with state and local sales-tax laws, including shipping where applicable.
  • When are payments secured?
    For in-store services, payment is taken in store upon completion of the service. For Virtual Services, payment is taken at time of completion with the method of payment used to book the appointment. For services that require a minimum product purchase, you must purchase the designated amount of product in that store on the day of the service.
    How can I purchase a TUTUH gift card? Versona gift cards can be purchased online or at any TUTUH store. TUTUH gift cards are available for purchase online in the amount of $25 to $999, for use in our retail stores and online at How can I redeem my TUTUH gift card? TUtUH gift cards may be redeemed at any of our store, and online at Please note: TUTUH Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may not be applied as payment on any account. Lost, stolen, altered, or damaged gift cards will not be canceled or replaced without the required proof of purchase. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards; however, items paid for with a gift card will be charged applicable sales tax. TUTUH gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. With an original receipt (your packing slip/invoice), we will honor a merchandise refund in the original form of payment within 60 days of purchase. If a TUTUH gift card was used, a new gift card will be issued. Refunds will be made to TUTUH gift cards first for orders that use multi tenders.
